located in beautiful Sussex Inlet on the south east coast of NSW , surrounded by the famous and luxurious Jervis Bay Waters ,great for fishing&water sports. Situated in the heart of Sussex this is an excellent location.The town shops, cafes, restaurant, pubs,clubs,water are only a few minutes walk. Pets welcome( small pets only) no pets allowed on the furniture all bed (beach towels not included) , The space The studio comes with your own private fenced in area with outdoor entertainment area, barbecue , studio room is a large room with private bathroom and kitchenette, lounge ,TV and a queen size bed. Guest access All Guest can park the car out the front on the grass there is plenty of room ,once you are here everything is a few minutes walk .shops ,water, restaurants .
