Spacious Modern Family Home close to Luas train

Spacious, modern, clean family home, walking distance from the green line luas train, fabulous parks and a host of family amenities. The house has 4/5 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate a large family. Our home is perfectly suited to families with children ranging from zero to teenagers. The space Ideal for those looking for spacious and modern living area and plenty of green space and toys to keep all ages happy. House has a gate in the garden out to a field with a pedestrian & cycle track at the back which leads to the Dundrum town centre and Balally Luas stop (10min walk). The other way leads to Marley Park. Meadowbrook leisure centre with Tennis courts to hire & a 25m public pool is a 1 minute walk. Airfield farm and gardens is 15-20mins safe walk also on track. We will provide clean linen and towels on all beds and ensure that the bathrooms are fully clean and clear of personal effects. There will be items in the kitchen presses and utility, however we will leave space for you and all areas will be cleaned. We will clear the fridge and ensure it is fully clean, however the freezer may have items. We may consider shorter stays, however a cleaning fee of €40 will apply in those instances. We clear lots of space for you but there will still be clothes/personal effects/photos in certain wardrobes and presses. We will leave all areas very clean with fresh linen and towels for your use. The king bed has a nice comfortable matress as do 4 of the single beds. The remaining 2 single beds are 'spare' and not as comfortable, but perfect for children. We will leave toys in some areas of the house, hopefully very handy if you have kids.
