The main bedroom, living and kids rumpus room have the latest flat screen TV with access to Netflix etc. Our house is child proof with removable safety gates throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, soda stream, smoothie maker, fridge that comes with filtered water and an ice maker. All tea and coffee is provided and please feel free to use any of the condiments in the butlers pantry. Enjoy the sunsets on the verandah over looking the Brunswick Nature reserve. Undercover dinning with a stainless steel BBQ and Pizza oven. BATHROOMS The bathrooms are all beautifully tiled with silver travertine and have massive shower heads. The main bathroom has a large plunge bath. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1. The main bedroom has a king bed + day bed that can be converted to a single bed for a child. TV, fans, reading lights and walk in robe with ensuite. The daybed windows open up to a deck where there is a private hammock space and waterfall that tickles into the pool. Bedroom 2 & 3 Queen bed with a daybed that can be converted into a single bed for a child. Bedroom 4. Kids / Rumpus room Queen pull out sofa bed also very comfortable for two adults. TV, kids games, books, toys. Travel cote and high chair available. . All rooms have excellent natural lighting as well as blackout blinds. Windows are double glazed. To stop out road noise. All rooms have fans, central air-condition as well as light dimmers and reading lights. Pool area: The kids or adults will enjoy the endless fun of sliding into the pool or playing a game of Pool with our new billiard table or jumping on the Trampoline. Comfortable daybeds to relax and read. Surrounded by beautiful native and tropical plants. Relax and enjoy while the kids are entertaining themselves. For those that are more adventurous we have stand-up paddle boards, fishing rods, and pushbikes to go explore. Guest access Front of house Driveway can fit 2 to 3 cars with secured electric gate.
