We purchased this cabin as our family's vacation home and wanted to share the peace and comfort it has afforded us with others. The home was built in 2005 in withstood the terrible fires that destroyed a large number of buildings in 2020. Thankfully our cabin survived and the town is rebuilding! The cabin located right off of Highway 22 across from Detroit Lake. The cabin is surrounded by trees on a quiet dead end road. Has heating and air conditioning, as well as high speed internet. *no pets The space 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen and dining area all located on the main floor, with a loft upstairs. Master has it's own private bathroom. Guest access The cabin has parking on the property, but please note that it is limited to the gravel in the front. Please do not park on the main paved road. Other things to note **No pets **The fireplace has sharp corners, people should be cautious especially with children **Stay away from the back of the house outside as there's a steep hill that would be dangerous for kids or anyone who isn't surefooted. **The staircase to the loft is steep and people should use caution with children **There is not child safety gates for the stairs **Window blinds have cords **The road to the property can be very slick if there is freezing weather **There is a pellet stove that is not available for use, BUT the main gas fireplace is available for everyone to use
