Very bright, it gets light all day and has spectacular sunsets that you can see from the sofa, as well as for the festive dates of Alicante en Hogueras, the apartment has an ideal location, since you can see the fireworks every night as if you were on the beach. The apartment is located in a residential development with a seasonal pool, open from June to September. We will be available 24 hours a day, in case you have any problems with the apartment. Outside the apartment there is a shopping area with shops and supermarkets of all kinds and leisure with bars and restaurants. A few meters from Playa de la Albufera, 3 km from Playa de San Juan and 1 km from Alicante beach walking along the Paseo de La Cantera. It has a bus stop 2 minutes away on foot with Line 21 and 22, every 20 minutes and a TRAM stop 5 minutes away on foot, which takes you to downtown Alicante, although in 20 minutes walking from the apartment itself you can be in downtown Alicante if you prefer.
