The space The requested amount of 25 euros for the double bed is the total (therefore not per person), while each person will receive the three towels described above. YOUR SPACES Detached house, completely renovated, beautiful private terrace overlooking the famous golden dunes and crystal clear sea. The house consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed + a bunk bed, a bathroom, a large storage room, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a parking space. Guest access You can use the entire accommodation, which has a large terrace with a sea view, bordered by a security gate. Access to the house: From the private parking lot, you can access the house via a flight of stairs. Other things to note The reception will be made on the spot directly by Mr. Franco Bussu, who resides throughout the period in Torre dei Corsari, to whom you can refer for check-in and for any need during your stay. We will provide you with the direct address a few days before check-in. Guests will be required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person for a maximum of 10 days, excluding children under 12 years of age and the elderly over 70 years of age. The tax will be collected in cash by the host or by a person delegated by the latter to welcome guests (Mr. Bussu) The tourist tax, requested by the Municipality of Arbus, is governed by art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23 of March 14, 2011 and art. 4, paragraph 5 ter, by Decree Law no. 50 of 04/24/2017, converted by Law no. 96 of 06/21/2017, the specifications of which can be consulted on the official website of the Municipality.
