Large family home with garden in the city center

We live in our house all year long. We are a family of 3 children and 2 adults. The house is warm and lively : do not expect the kind of impersonal environment that you can find in a rental ! However, there are many toys and games for the kids and a garden to explore, with 3 cats in it (they stay outside). The space This is a 140m² house with 7 rooms on 3 floors. Beware ! Not convenient for elderly people (too many stairs). On the ground floor, which is tiled, you will find a hallway, a large living room with a desk + a kitchen / dining room opening on the terrace and the garden where there's a laundry room, bikes and outdoor toys + dry toilets On the first floor, you will find a bathroom with standard toilets + a play room + a study / bedroom with a simple bed On the second floor, there are a large bedroom with a double bed, a study corner and a balcony with a view of the garden + a small bedroom also with a double bed. Guest access Travelers have a full access to the whole house. Other things to note We draw our potential future travelers' attention on the fact that we live in this house yearlong : you will thus find all our stuff, it's not a "catalogue house" ! Also, we live and consume in an eco-friendly way : the house and its decoration may seem "bohemian" for some. For instance, there's no coffee maker nor TV.
