The apartment consists of a ground floor and attic on the 2nd and 3rd floor in a house with a total of four apartments. On the ground floor there is an entrance with toilet, open kitchen-living room solution with dining area, sofa area, fireplace and exit to the porch, a bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The loft consists of a TV room with bunk beds and two bedrooms. The space The apartment, which is from 2020, is located about 200 meters from Tørrisheisen, which is the lowest lift in the alpine resort Tyin/Filefjell. The cross-country ski trail along Kongevegen passes right by the apartment building, so it is a short distance to both alpine slopes and cross-country trails, which take you further into the large trail network in the mountains. The area is also the gateway to Jotunheimen with countless hiking opportunities and mountain climbing. Guest access From the apartment there is a short distance to Joker Tyinkrysset, with groceries and fuel, Intersport Filefjell and Tyinkrysset Fjellstue, which has charging stations for electric cars. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. Soap, toilet paper, duvets and pillows are available. There are sleeping places for 6 people distributed as follows: Bedroom 1 - family bunk bed 120x200 down and 90x200 up (2 persons), plus a travel cot with mattress Bedroom 2 - double bed 160x200 (2 persons) Bedroom 3 - pull-out day bed 80x200 (2 persons) There are heating cables in the floor in the hallway and in the bathroom, and panel heaters in the living room and bedrooms. There is outdoor furniture both on the porch and the terrace in front of the entrance area, as well as a fire pan on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. There is also a coffee maker, waffle iron and toaster. Pets are not allowed due to allergies in the family. It is about 15 meters from the parking lot, via a stone staircase, to the entrance. During wintertime you have to expect that this path may have to be cleared upon arrival.
