Walking this area is a pleasure from the bustle of the shops and restaurants downtown or along stately Union Street to the races. This second floor unit is open with vaulted ceilings and a skylit living room/kitchen area with a beautiful original large arched window. The bedroom is a separate space tucked into a corner with a 3/4 height wall (8') offering full privacy. The bathroom has radiant heat and a large tiled shower. The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is two miles away and is located in the Spa State Park which is a great biking and walking area, adjacent to the Saratoga Spa Golf Course. The charming town of Ballston Spa (seven miles south) is great for antiquing and offers access to the Zim Smith Multi-Use Trail which runs for nine miles. Lake Saratoga is nearby and many more sites and activities are within a 30-mile radius including Albany.
