This home is ideally located in the heart of the seaside residential and holiday village of Normanville. It’s a short 8 minute walk to the beach, kiosk and surf club and only 2 minutes walk to the shopping precinct with supermarket, pub, cafes, chemist, post office and other shops. House is comfy with fully fenced yard backing onto the Bungala River. The space All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfy double beds with bunks in one making a functional family room. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine and appliances with dining table for 8, opens to lounge room with air conditioner, tv, DVD, games and small library. High chair, porta cot available on request. There are 2 toilets, a laundry with washing machine, tub and cleaning products. Yard is fully fenced with bbq and outside table. There is a bunk room with tv dvd and games available if additional beds required. Guest access You have exclusive access to the whole house but not the garage. There is off street parking and once here it’s walking to all local facilities. Other things to note We provide bedding, quilts, pillows and covers for guests booked. We provide bath towels but request you bring your own beach towels. Property backs onto the Bungala River and is fenced from it. Guest must not venture beyond the back fence, due to safety concerns with broken steps.
