The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access. The space The Lodge du Chêne has a capacity of 4 people: 2 bedrooms in a row (1 bed 160 x 200, a sofa bed 2 X 80 X 200). The accommodation is bright and overlooks a terrace and private garden. The toilets are separate, the bathroom is spacious. A closet is available with all the amenities offered. Bed linen is provided as well as a bath towel per person. A barn houses a private spa for 5 people (81 jets). The gîte is completely new in November 2021, we have chosen quality materials, furniture and equipment, the decoration is neat. Single-story accommodation, easy to live in. Access not suitable for wheelchair users. Guest access The house is located 15 minutes from the Futuroscope, its A10 highway exit and its LGV train station (Paris-Poitiers 1 hr 25 min) Poitiers is 25 min/20 km from the cottage. Other things to note You will find on site, on request, a list of equipment that we make available to you, such as a raclette machine, a waffle maker, tennis rackets, etc.
