Other things to note 🏠 Second Floor Unit: Funshine Pointe Capri is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only — there is no elevator in the building. Guests should be comfortable climbing one flight of stairs to access the unit. 🌴 Pool Heating (Seasonal): The pool is heated to approximately 84°F from November through April. During unusually cold weather the heater may not be able to maintain that exact temperature. Pool temperature is managed by the condo association — individual owners are not able to adjust the setting.
