Direct lakefront access with gorgeous views on a private lake. This beautiful 1930's lakefront cottage was fully renovated and reimagined by its owners in 2021. Custom architectural trim and details can be found throughout blending this homes' heritage with modern amenities. 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and window seat nook, 2 full baths, custom barn doors and cabinetry, a reimagined sunroom, beautiful views on 100' of accessible lake frontage with outdoor patio, 1 mile from town center. The space Modern design with historic accents, cozy and comfortable. Two items are strictly enforced 1) Please do not invite guests who are not staying in your party without our prior consent. 2) There is no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on our property. Thank you for your help. Guest access Free onsite parking, private drive, large enough for 3 cars. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 guests or less. Other things to note Historic Farmington, music and poetry festivals, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and upscale dining all close by. In addition, your host Tracie is a yoga enthusiast and a Kripalu and power yoga trained teacher. Weather permitting, she's available to teach outdoor classes by the lake on weekend mornings, $10 per person, to be given to a local nonprofit. If interested, please inquire upon your reservation through the chat function in the app. During warm weather months, we do offer 2 kayaks during your stay. Guests are responsible to bring their own life jackets as needed.
