Renovated historic home, no booking fee
Welcome to The 1895 House! Centrally located and full of charm, this historic home was built in 1895 (hence the name), but has recently undergone a full renovation. The open concept floor plan features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, modern kitchen, and a 65-inch smart TV in the living space. On the exterior, guests will enjoy the front porch swing and convenient off-street parking. The house is a short walk or drive to some of Owensboro's best cuisine and entertainment. No booking fee! The space has been carefully curated with items from local shops and artists. Our aim is to support our local economy and provide guests with a taste of our town while they visit. You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the storage building in the backyard. The Dogwood Azalea neighborhood of Owensboro is one of the most sought after areas of town. It is centrally located, walkable, and full of well-maintained historic homes whose yards are adorned with dogwood trees and azalea bushes. Spring in the neighborhood is very colorful!
