River access with private dock and plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers in the heart of this lovely golf cart commuinity. Residential 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a separate guest suite with 3rd bedroom and bath for privacy. Enjoy some of the best scalloping, flats fishing and offshore fishing found on Florida's "Forgotten Gulf Coast". The space Bedroom 1 has two (2) twin beds. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 (separate from the main house) has one full bed and one twin bed each. One full bathroom in the house with another full bathroom in the separate bedroom. Living room has pull out couch with full bed. Second couch can be used for sleeping as well. Full Kitchen, Dish network, outdoor seating area, dock with boat tie ups and fish cleaning station. There is room in the living/dining room area to set up extra cots or sleeping bags if needed Guest access Room to park 2 boat trailers along with 3 vehicles. Golf cart community in the entire town of Steinhatchee. Most everything is within walking distance. Public boat ramp just 1 mile from the cottage. PLEASE see the second and third pictures to view the allowed parking in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbor's houses or docks, especially the one story gray building to the left of the house as you face it from the street. This neighbor can be VERY particular. There is no fast internet in Steinhatchee, Verizon cell service is fairly adequate. I have a Verizon hotspot there that use for cameras covering the driveways. I use these cameras to monitor the property when there are no guests, and they are helpful for notifying the housekeeper that guests have left. The data for this hotspot is NOT unlimited, so l typically do not share the password, but for guests with no cell service, I will share it, just let me know. Other things to note Steinhatchee Bait & Tackle (directly across from the public boat ramp in the red building) offers a 5% discount on live and frozen bait for all guests. Other tackle does not include this discount.
