Entire house/easy access to Nagoya and an airport

This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport. The space There are two sets of Japanese Futon in the Tatami room, a sofa bed in the living room and another sofa bed in the bedroom. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note This place has an official permission from the local government and satisfies fire safety as a short term rental accommodation.
