1 Room & shared Bath in the First/Upper Floor

Hello. On the first floor of my house there is 1 room with a 140 x 200 cm box spring bed/dining table/TV/Wi-Fi/wardrobe/kettle/refrigerator. Via the house staircase, 15 steps, you can reach the room. The bathroom on the upper floor is shared by arrangement. I live & live here, also other guests can be present. Free parking for cars is available in front of the house/in the street, motorcycles/bicycles have space in my garage. All the best! Due to the transport connections, the highway A3 and the ice station Montabaur/Siershahn are nearby, my Airbnb can be reached quickly. Supermarkets and restaurants are available locally and in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Through the hallway on the ground floor you enter the house staircase, 15 steps, into your own room.
