Designer inspired casita with large walk in lagoon style private pool &dramatic lighting, simulated beach, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ, 3 waterfalls, lush landscaping, private enviornment, Queen canopy bed with sitting area overlooking pool, dining room table for 6, 2 flat screen TVs with free netflix, full kitchen with all amenities including oven, stove, blender, microwave, full size refrigerator, all plates, pots and pans silverware, and towels included. Maid service once a week for extended stays. The space It is a very quiet place to come and disconnect from the noise of the city, it has everything you need to feel at home and have a good stay, without a doubt the best thing is the tranquility and the beautiful sunsets and the unparalleled view of the beautiful lake of Chapala... Guest access The accommodation has a room temperature pool (not heated) and an outdoor solar Jacuzzi (solar), both for the exclusive use of the guest, in addition to a garden, lounge chairs in the pool area and a beautiful view of Lake Chapala. Other things to note Parking is on the street, outside the accommodation. The jacuzzi is solar, the temperature depends on the weather, normally with a sunny climate it reaches temperatures of 38 to 40 degrees. No parties or events are allowed. Music after 10:00 p.m. must be at a very low volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. The Jacuzzi hydro must not be on for more than an hour at a time. When leaving the Jacuzzi, you have to turn off the hydro. I have 2 dogs, Blanquita and Samy, and they do not come downstairs, they are upstairs.
