A patio area in the enclosed, rear garden has an outdoor table and chairs for summer dining and a portable BBQ to cook on. Heading from the kitchen towards the bedrooms and bathroom, an open plan lounge offers a cosy, 'real effect' electric flame fire. Both the front double and single bedrooms look out onto the pretty garden while the back double bedroom features a skylight with a remote solar powered blind and up-lighting. Between the bedrooms is a modern fitted bathroom with a p-shaped bath, overhead shower and heated towel rail. A lovely setting and quiet location for guests looking to get away from it all, with a village green at the bottom of the lane for ball games. Guest access From the drive the front door is reached via 3 steps up and along a paved path. Our rear garden is private and enclosed. 🦋🐝🐸🦊🐞🦔 Wildlife friendly, we sometimes have hedgehogs visit the garden - if you’re lucky you may see one! Please do not leave out food for them, (though a dish of water is fine 💦). 🏡 Be mindful we are mid-terrace and respectful of our neighbours who live here and of our shared areas with them, such as the drive and front path.
