Comfy Room in Baguio (No Parking Space)

Welcome to Bliss Homestay Baguio! This is a homestay located in the 1st floor of a 5-story residential house, walking distance to Botanical Garden, Wright Park, The Mansion and Mines View Park. Near police station, church and a satellite market. Heads up: This is not for people looking for a fancy place to stay yet with a tight budget (bawal po ang maarte dito). Rate posted is for 4 guests only, additional guests will be charged with 550 per head for each night. No parking space available. The space This is a simple space exclusive for guests in a 5-story residential house. Do take note that this is in a residential area (but with a very safe neighborhood), not in a condominium and not in a subdivision either. Perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in a local lifestyle scene and experience how it is to live in Baguio City as a local. As mentioned, this is not a fancy place so if you're not the cowboy-type and is expecting a 5-star hotel facility, I regret to inform you that we cannot offer you the luxury you are looking for. However, we'd be very happy to welcome you with our warm hospitality. Please note: MUST TAKE STAIRS - from the road, you'll take a few steps down to the house (around 50 steps). Regarding transportation - Commuting is easy since PUVs pass by the area 24/7. Walkable to nearby tourist spots and restaurants and just a few minutes ride to the city center. Loud music is not allowed so as not to disturb other guests and neighbors. Other things to note ***For guests with cars: Sorry, we do not have a garage. Nearest pay parking available is in St. Joseph Church and Wright Park. We encourage guests to commute, especially during weekends and holidays since parking spaces are not that abundant, especially within the CBD. Baguio has an efficient public transport system :) Other details to note: -No pets allowed -No parties and drinking sessions -No loud music after 10pm -No smoking on the premises -No alcoholic drinks allowed -Please keep gate closed -Please don't flush tissue and other disposables in the toilet bowl -Segregate biodegradable from non-biodegradable wastes -Keep the glass windows open for ventilation (screens are installed to avoid insects from getting inside) -No cooking "bulalo" and other greasy food as they clog our pipes -No cooking fried fish, especially "tuyo, daing, dilis" and other smelly food. In case you insist, please note that you will be charged for the laundry of all curtains, rugs, and other things that could absorb the smell. CHECK IN -Checkin is at 1pm onwards -Self checkin with keyless entry (code will be provided if no one is available to assist you upon checkin, mostly applies to guests whose checkin time is from midnight to very early morning) CHECK OUT -Checkout is anytime before 11am -Please leave glass windows open for ventilation -Turn off all lights and fans, then unplug electronic appliances except for the refrigerator. -Leave keys on the table -Close the main door and the gate
