This beautifully renovated and professionally decorated villa has direct ocean views where you can hear the waves crashing at the shore. Located in the highly desirable area of Coligny with access to over 60 shops and restaurants. This 3rd floor (with an elevator) luxurious escape will not disappoint. There is sleeping and dining for 10 guests. The space This villa has magnificent oceanfront views and a main large balcony that has a table with chairs and loungers. You will enjoy the ultimate in open concept with natural lighting that illuminates the entire villa. And, just down the elevator is the famous Pool Bar Jim’s. The new kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances with both Nespresso and drip coffee. IT is equipped with everything you will need to make some fabulous meals for your family. The living room has a desk with direct views of the ocean and lagoon. The resort offers 2 large pools, a children’s pool, an extra-large hot tub, and a fitness center (seasonable). There are beautifully designed lagoons with tropical landscaping throughout. And don’t miss the iconic beachfront Pool Bar Jim’s for amazing frozen drinks and the best grouper sandwiches on the island. The villa has covered parking and is close to the elevator. This 3-bedroom villa has two masters and a large bedroom that is perfect for 4 more adults or up to six children. The front master offers a King bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite with a large walk-in rain shower with body sprays. It also has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The second master has a flatscreen TV and to has an ensuite. wonderful walk-in shower, The 3rd bedroom has two doubles and a trundle with sleeping for 2. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The bathroom has both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have large walk-in closets. We are pleased to offer you a starter breakfast, thoughtfully prepared to save you an early morning trip to the grocery store. Our breakfast selection includes mimosas made with superior Prosecco imported from Italy, some eggs, freshly baked cinnamon rolls (baked by you), English muffins with butter, and a variety of gourmet coffee options, including Nespresso© and Keurig pods, traditional drip and pour-over brewing methods, and of course half-and-half. Additionally, bring your favorite tea bags because we provide electric tea kettles, fresh fruit (locally sourced when possible), freshly baked cookies, and a few snacks to keep you satisfied. You can also find condiments in the fridge for your convenience. We are delighted to provide high-end kitchen countertop appliances some of which are Breville© and we even provide blenders to make your special libations. We have several stores that sell spirits and anything you would need to make your favorite frozen cocktail. Guest access This property is amazingly easy to find and has an electronic lock for your convenience. Never need to worry about losing or sharing the keys. There will be a parking pass waiting for you. The parking pass will be under the primary renters’ name and the door code will be the last 4-digits of that same person. The first pass is complementary and additional passes are $25.00 The address, Wi-Fi, and some other details will be provided after a confirmed reservation. The Savannah airport is about 45-minutes away and the airport on the island is about 2-miles. Other things to note This is a whole house (condo, townhouse, villa, or single-family home) rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have locked-off rooms and closets for our storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa pucks or Sonos speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug them if you feel your privacy is an issue. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This will result in a billable service call.
