Lakeview is our house overlooking Lake Somerset with spectacular views from the patio. Relax with friends and family, enjoy the fresh air and take in the atmosphere of this beautiful place. Abundant with wildlife, deer, wallabies, hawks and eagles are some that you may see during your stay at Lakeview. The moon over the lake is amazing to see. Only 5 minutes to Kirkleagh boat ramp, 8 minutes to the spit, and 10 minutes to Kilcoy make this property ideal for a tranquil Lake holiday break. The space Our house is very new, orientated with the stunning view of the lake in mind. Whilst also having all those creature comforts. We have 4 large bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. 3 further bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The laundry has a washing machine, condenser drier and ironing board. Large TV lounge, 65" Smart TV, dvd player with a large selection of films to choose from. Kitchen, island and pantry are well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Family and dining area are spacious with seating for 8 guests at the table. Ducted zoned reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. High ceilings for a sense of space. The large patio area has an outdoor 8 seater dining table, also a comfortable lounge and a BBQ to make a relaxing stay. Guest access Access to the property is via a private entrance and concrete driveway leading to a double lock up garage. There are no parking issues in the neighbourhood or in Kilcoy itself. Other things to note On 4th May 2022, new outdoor security cameras will be fitted at our property. This will add security for our guests and ourselves. As per the Airbnb rules/regulations, we have to make future guests after the 4th May 2022, aware of this. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are located in the property, kitchen pantry and garage. Smoke alarms are all interlinked and in every bedroom as per the new regulations and compliance checked. Child safety latches are installed to the sink cupboard in the kitchen and cupboard in the laundry. All window blind chords have been altered for safety compliance. First Aid kit.
