New Room in brand new contemporary house built in 2019. Our room is perfect for a small family or a few friends on vacation. The house is perfectly located between popular OC destinations such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Packing District and Little Saigon. The space Other amenities we provide: o 55 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV (can adjust to watch from bed) o Towels o Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash o Mini refrigerator and microwave (Microwave has been moved to outside of hallway) Guest access Due to Covid, we do not allow use of the kitchen area anymore. Guest(s) will only be able to use the bottom floor, which is where the room is located. Sorry for the inconvenience. During your stay We are staying on the third floor. We are available to assist guest(s) whenever needed. Due to Covid we are really trying to limit the amount of interaction with guest(s) to a minimal so only emergency situation. Other things to note o Maximum of 3 adult guests allowed o No shoes in the room. Please leave them in the shoe storage o No smoking in the house o Non smoking guests only (sorry we cannot stand the smell of cigarettes) o No visitors, no gathering, this room is for guest only, please meet your friends outside of the premises. o Please turn off all electric appliances/devices before leaving the room. (Please treat this like your own place)
