Atypical apartment in a very small, very quiet residence in the city center of Doussard, overlooking the mountains and the take-off of the Forclaz paragliders. Close to the lake. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy at the foot of the apartment. Free parking 200 m away. The space The accommodation is composed of a large living room with a large sofa and daybed as well as a wood-burning stove (which you can use!) The first bedroom is accessible in the living room via a staircase next to the stove, the bedroom closes with a hatch to be isolated from the rest of the house at night. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, very spacious with plenty of storage. There is plenty of sports equipment: dumbbells, yoga mats, elastic bands, various weights, which you are free to use (but not to take with you ;) ) Large fully equipped kitchen. Fondue and raclette machine available. The bathroom is extremely bright with lots of small green plants. This apartment is my main home, it is above all my home, so it is full of life and with my things: everything else is a matter of trust ;) It is absolutely NON-SMOKING. Following recent incivilities, smoking on the BALCONY is also strictly prohibited. Bed linen provided but not bath towels. Guest access Here are some instructions for taking possession of the accommodation *from 2 p.m.* The exact address is 28 route de chevaline. The door is brown, right next to the bar restaurant "le bistrot du coin". You go up the stairs in front of you and in the cupboard on your right there is a lockbox, MasterLock. The code will be sent to you shortly before 2 p.m. on the same day. The key to the front door is inside. It's the door in front of you in front of the stairs, with a small sign "La Cabane de Doussard". There is a small welcome sheet with a few instructions. When you leave *by 11 a.m.*, please leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it and empty the garbage. 😊 Each bed is equipped with a bed protector and two pillows as well as a duvet. If you are a smoker, please go downstairs, there is also an ashtray installed on the side of the restaurant.
