Description
Sunny Dene Cottage is a spacious brick and flint former farm building which has been lovingly restored into a luxury self-catering holiday cottage. The cottage interior is bursting with character and handcrafted touches, including a wood burner for cosy nights in. Outside is a wild flower garden. Located in the tranquil North Norfolk village of Knapton and just a mile and a half from Mundesley with its award winning beach, the flexible accommodation is ideal for couples, friends or families. The space Sunny Dene Cottage sleeps 6 and there is a put up bed for a small child. There are three bedrooms – upstairs is one king size and one single, downstairs one double and there is a double sofa bed in the living area. We have a bathroom upstairs and there is a well appointed shower room downstairs. The cottage has generous living and dining space and well equipped kitchen. On site parking for one car is provided with plenty of nearby parking on the road at the front of the cottage. The fast WiFi is free to access for our guests. We are sorry but we do not accept pets. Guest access It's easy to park at the Cottage as we have space on the drive for one car and you can easily park others for free on the road in the village. The beach town of Mundesley is a four minute drive away or you can walk. If not travelling by car, Norfolk has accessible rail links and reliable local taxi services to get you to your holiday destination. Other things to note During peak periods bookings have a minimum of 7 nights with check in days on Friday.. Off-peak we have split weeks Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon. If you have requirements outside of this please send an enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
