Seaside Church Conversion, sleeps 10, 2 mins beach

Soak up modern charm of this renovated basement fully converted into a 5 bdrm with 5 queen beds & 1 large bthrm w/ double vanity only 2 mins to the beach. It boasts large living room & huge kitchen. Although it is a basement, there are a few stairs to access the space, yet the entrances & hallways are more than 5' wide. Each bdrm has large window & black out blinds. The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space. The space The space is roomy and original. The ceilings are 9' high and it is suitable for large groups (10 is max for sleeping) or special events and a place where everyone can be together. We hope you enjoy your stay and come often. Main floor of the church is home to cheerleaders, and when they train (they can be loud with their jumping). So we recommend that the guest contacts the host if they want to discuss the schedules to see if this will be a problem ahead of time. Guest access Guests have access to the basement however storage and utility rooms are not used for entertaining or use. The main floor of the church is used soley by cheerleaders and they can be loud with their classes and jumping. We recommend chatting with host to see if the cheer schedule will disrupt any of the guests ahead of time as they don't train everyday. Other things to note All the tv channels are available, or you can log into your own accounts if preferred. Wifi is fast and available.
