Want a place to lay down your head? Our home is a 5min walk to Norwest Shops, bus stops, Local private hospitals, HillSong Church, & Metro train system gets you to the City in under 30minutes! We still have young adult children living at home that make up our loving family, so residual noise is a probability :} Several living areas with cinema viewing, games/music room, pool, & sun deck. We’re a happy lot who enjoy movie watching, cooking/baking, game playing, & “informal” dinner or two:) The space WiFi reaches your room. Two living spaces. Ping pong table. Cinema/TV room. Dining room. Large kitchen with your own shelf for dry goods and a shelf in the fridge. Inground pool. (What-ever we are cooking that night;) ⇰Packed lunch $18p/p ⇰Hot cooked breakfast $22p/p ⇰Desserts $14p/p Washing & ironing available: You have access to the washer and iron, but if you’d like your laundry done for you than I’m here to help :) ⇰$3 per item (intimates; socks etc free when included with laundering), washed & folded/ironed (not dry cleaned:) As a service, we provide it if you should choose it/them :)) ⇰The drier is available if the weather doesn’t permit you air drying on the washing line outside. Street parking is available just outside the property. Either along side our neighbours lawn (NOT on it), where the street lamp is, or across from that partially on the council nature strip. Guest access Access is from around the back of our home. Once inside the front gate, head towards the pool and the entrance can be found beside the large, stone outdoor table. There is always some-one home, so the place is never without company in it. You are most welcome to use all areas as you feel comfortable too. During your stay We are always on-site, so happy to help with any issues. Other occupants come and go, and generally keep to themselves. At any one time you can expect to be sharing our home with two other guests besides Guy, our son Adam and myself. Our other adult children, friends and family often drop by for visits🤗 We are available for any help or questions, to make your stay more enjoyable. As such, the aircon may be periodically turned on or off according to the weather/temperature, for the comfort of all dwellers. Please make sure you are fine with this, as we provide this feature for the comfort of ALL who dwell in our home and sometimes all comfort levels may not be met! We are a home and enjoy the company of others. Normal household noises can be expected…TV in the background, usual kitchen/bathroom sounds, local traffic and neighborhood pets. The TV room is directly under this room and as such residual noise from it will be heard…we will do our best to keep the level of noise down :} Parking is available on the street. Directly forward of our front gate, beside de our neighbour’s lawn (not on it!), under or just ahead of the street light post, on the paved area. •Just reverse in. (It is important that you park in the direction of the flow of traffic to avoid fines.) •This space can fit two cars behind eachother. •More parking can be found opposite this location, partially on the council nature strip.
