Apartment finely renovated and furnished with original Tuscan-style furniture, located in a small village inside an old peasant house a few kilometers from the center of Arezzo with splendid views of the surrounding countryside. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing stay discovering the city and its evocative surroundings, for lovers of art, antiques, for a culinary or hiking experience. The space The apartment is accessed through a stone staircase that leads to the living area where we find the dining table, on the same floor there is the equipped kitchen. From the room three wooden steps lead to the bathroom equipped with everything necessary for personal hygiene care (including shower and bidet, no bathtub). The sleeping area consisting of a large double bedroom with a window and an equally large antechamber with a special suspended bed and access to one of the two panoramic terraces. Furthermore, from the hall, through a wooden staircase and a special triangular door, if you are particularly agile, you can reach the attic room with a one-and-a-half-square bed, which can be used mainly in the summer season because it lacks heating. From here we find access to the second panoramic terrace. IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: Please be aware that this is an old farmhouse renovated to preserve the original structure's natural layout; consequently, there are many small steps providing access to various parts of the house. The apartment is located within a small hamlet, and the access road may be narrow and uphill; parking is free and on a public street, and the available space may be closer to or further away from the accommodation. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Two-person stays require the use of a double bed. If you wish to have two separate beds, please request one at the time of booking. Thank you.
