The city of Spa (Casino, Thermal Baths), Malmedy, Coo (Ploopsa), ski slope and many activities nearby (cinema, bowling, Ravel, etc.) The space Studio of 38m2 with terrace comprising 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm) open on the seating area with convertible sofa (140cm mattress) and flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, fridge/refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooking hobs) and kitchen utensils (stoves, pans,...), salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee machine (Dolce gusto), kettle, citrus press, dining area table/chairs for 4 people, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, pellet stove. Services included: cleaning fee, bed linen, bath linens, toilet paper. * for the use of the convertible (only for reservations for 2 people who do not want to sleep in the same bed) it is only possible upon request beforehand. In order to provide everything you need (duvet, pillow, etc.) for an extra charge of €20 to be paid in cash and on site on the day of your arrival.
