The city of Spa (Casino, Thermal Baths), Malmedy, Coo (Ploopsa), ski slope and many activities nearby (cinema, bowling, Ravel, etc.) The space 38 m2 studio with terrace comprising 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) open to the lounge area with sofa bed (140 cm mattress) and flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, fridge/refrigerator, ceramic hob) and kitchen utensils (pans, saucepans, etc.), salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle, citrus juicer, dining area table/chairs for 4 people, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, pellet stove. Services included: cleaning fees, bed linen, bath sheets, toilet paper. * for the use of the sofa bed (only for reservations of 2 people who do not wish to sleep in the same bed) it is possible only upon request in advance.
