Sunny spacious room in cosy Apartment

Hello, I am Michaela, welcome to my apartment. I am renting a sunny spacious room. Please, be my guest. It´s situated in a nice location, next to the park on the 1st floor of the 3-floor panel house. You can get fast to city center by car (10min) or public transport (13min). In 5 min by feet you can reach shops, pharmacy, ATM, bus/ tram station, gym, etc. The apartment has a big balcony, separate toilet and bathroom, dishwasher, cellar (for a bike) and free parking in front of the house. Guest access You are allowed to use your room, bathroom and toilet. During your stay The best is to call at first. Then we can use Whatsapp or whatever you suggest.
