Fully equipped, renovated beach house with stunning 180 degree elevated views of the gulf from the marina to the main beach. Private path down to the esplanade and walking distance to the pub, café and supermarket in town as well as the Walk the Yorke trails, safe swimming beach and playground. Perfect for multi-generational family getaways. Approximately 2 hours drive from Adelaide. The space 3 bedrooms, all with storage and two with sea views and direct access to the balcony All linen provided (but see note RE ironing), just let us know how many beds to make up and number of bath towels. Room for one car undercover in the carport, but be careful as the driveway is very steep. Two cars can fit on the gravel drive in front of the garage. Plenty of free on-street parking also available. Other things to note We have a 2 night minimum stay. We charge $100 towards cleaning (the total cost is more), and ask for your assistance in taking rubbish out to the wheelie bins upon departure and leaving the BBQ clean. If you could run the dishwasher that would be great. Our place is a relaxed family beach house, not a fancy hotel. We don't iron the sheets as with lots of beds and no commercial laundry this would increase our operating costs and we prefer to offer a lower nightly rate that is more affordable. If the sheets are a bit creased, please don't think they are unclean! An iron and ironing board are provided for guests' use. Please be aware that the mattresses on the beds are very firm.
