Self contained first floor apartment. Family sized comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Baby equipment can be supplied on request. 3 minute walk from the harbour and 5 from the beach. Newly refurbished space ideal to relax in after sightseeing all day. Close to town centre, beach and harbour. Excellent restaurant downstairs offering discount for guests(weekends only). The space The apartment has recently been refurbished. We want you to enjoy the comfortable space we have created but it’s expected that guests treat the place with respect. Please no smoking inside, there is a roof space that guests can use for this. You must stay within the boundaries as your safety is paramount. *Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians - the rooftop is not recommended as a play area.* Also absolutely no candles to be used however we will supply battery operated ones for a little ambiance. Bedroom 1 is decorated in pale grey tones with twin beds with matching excellent quality coordinating bedding. If required the twins can be made into a double bed. Beautiful chunky walnut effect bedside tables with bedside lamps with grey outer shade with contrasting shiny copper on the inside. A matching chest of 6 drawers make up the furniture. A very large stylish round mirror dominates the wall space. Bedroom 2 has a king size leather effect bed with high quality bedding and furnishings in Scottish tartan in a red and cream colour theme with a stag pattern.A large mirrored double door fitted wardrobe contains spare bedding, a safe to house any valuables you may have with you ( we cannot take responsibility for anything put in the safe.) plus ample hanging space for all the guests! The safe combination can be set individually for the duration of your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board in here for your convenience. Bedroom 3 is decorated in pale grey tones with matching high quality bedding. Bedside tables with diamanté lamps and a set of 6 drawers complete the room. The bathroom boasts a large shower cubicle with wet wall throughout for ease of cleaning, also a hand sink unit and toilet with a soft closing seat. An extendable wall mounted shaving mirror is provided too. Toilet paper is provided for the beginning of your stay for convenience and ample cleaning products. The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need to cook and enjoy meals, there are child sized cutlery sets and plastic plates for those smaller guests. A high chair and safety gate are available on request. A fold away dining table and chair set that could double as a work area for a laptop etc. There is a Krups coffee machine which uses Nespresso original pods for that morning espresso, if tea is your preference there is a kettle of course. Instant coffee, tea bags and some sugar is provided too so you don’t have to worry about shopping for essentials on arrival. A toaster is also provided. There is ample crockery and glassware for 6 guests - there is even 6 colourful egg cups! A fridge freezer big enough to keep any groceries cool alongside a microwave. There are plenty of cupboards and drawer space to use, the hob is ceramic, easily cleaned and an electric fan oven below. There is an automatic washing machine for convenience so you don’t have to pack clothes for everyday of your stay. A clothes airer is provided too - it’s next to the fridge freezer - handy to get stuff dry. There will be a small supply of waste bags provided for any rubbish, along with some washing up liquid for those inevitable dirty dishes. To relax in the living area there are 2 leather sofas glass side tables, lamps and a large wall mounted tv with an Amazon fire stick installed so you can access all your fav shows. Netflix is available just use your sign in details and you’re away. The wifi code is also provided for that *necessary * wifi access. All bedrooms also have wall mounted tvs. Should guests need assistance at anytime the host can be contacted 24hrs via a mobile phone number will be provided once bookings are confirmed. Our guests deserve a comfortable enjoyable stay so we have tried to provide everything they would need. Looking forward to seeing you! Guest access The whole apartment is yours for the duration of your booking. Other things to note Guests are offered 10% discount when they dine in the restaurant below the apartment. The Captain’s Table offers the freshest, locally sourced seafood and other meat, or vegetarian dishes (we can cater for dietary requirements or allergy just advise our staff) in the area on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm. The host or their representative will meet guests and handover the keys.
