The charming 4-bedroom house has views of Bannerman Castle and the Hudson River, access to Break Neck Ridge and popular hikes, and minutes away from the towns of Cold Spring and Beacon. --- NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS --- This house can be enjoyed year-round - Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer. It's the perfect place to unwind and take in the glory of the Hudson Valley: sunsets on the Hudson, fall foliage, mountain scape. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom an open living area, and kitchen that lead to an outdoor patio. Downstairs includes a fourth bedroom with ensuite and a spacious family-room/media-room leading out to the second terrace. The house is located at the end of a short unpaved road and has very few houses beside it. Behind it are the hills of the Hudson Highlands and before is it the Hudson River. Just an hour and thirty minutes drive or train from downtown NYC or Brooklyn. Lyfts and Ubers from Beacon train station take 10 minutes. Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests are welcome to contact me during your stay. We also have a “handyman” on deck should anything need addressing. Nestled between picturesque Cold Spring and hipster Beacon, with great access to Metro North train line. Breakneck hiking trail just up the road. The house is accessible by car or uber/lyft. It cannot be accessed by walking from the station (which gives privacy). The house is nestled on 1.5 acres of land with a secluded feel - but not totally remote either. The house overlooks the Bannerman Castle. There is plenty of space for children to play and an outdoor space, fire pit and 2 grills for meals and fires.
