The John Evan's suite has a King sized bed, full private bath and a walk in closet. There is a shared common room with a coffee maker, micro-wave and small fridge. A gourmet breakfast will be served on the weekends. We have 3 other bedrooms to choose from. Each with either a Queen, Full or Twin beds. You're within walking distance from all the shops downtown. Easy access to the Miami Valley Bike Trail. Secure bike storage. Minutes from fossil hunting for relics from the Ordovician period 200 million years before the dinosaurs. Great hiking trails nearby at Caesar Creek State Park. Guest access Private parking and private entrance from the rear of the home. Outside stairs, with keyless entry. During your stay We feel our home is quite unique with it’s rich history and culture. We would be happy to share our knowledge with our guests over breakfast served on the weekend. Other things to note My wife Donna and I are looking forward to sharing our home with adults who are looking for a little different getaway and experience first hand the rich culture and history of Waynesville. Absolutely no smoking or parties. Children 12 and up… Sorry, no pets.
