Family-friendly apartment in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing or for tours of any kind nearby. Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children. The space The apartment is about 73 square meters and is as shown in the pictures. There is a bedroom with a bed (140 × 200) and a large wardrobe, a small bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet, a dining room with a solid wood table and chairs, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a couch, tables, a closet and a workstation as well as a storage room with a washing machine and an extra sink. The large terrace is fully available to the tenants, but the seating is stored in winter. The parking is private and right outside the door. The paths and terrace are illuminated. Unfortunately, you have to walk up stairs to access the apartment. A crib and highchair are available as well as a selection of games. Guest access The apartment is at the end of a dead end road. Please follow the road to the end and do not drive into the agricultural path. The parking is private and available to tenants. Other things to note The apartment is limited to 3 adults, but can be booked for families with up to 3 children.
