Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the forest, our house is both functional and very well equipped. It invites you to come and stay with family or friends in a quiet and green environment in the heart of the Vosges (view of our mountains). The house has a private plot with a fenced, landscaped and wooded garden offering you an unobstructed view of our mountains. 2 terraces, one of which is covered, will allow you to make the most of our outdoor areas, depending on the weather conditions. Large private car park (about 6 cars) with a carport that can accommodate 2 vehicles. Our house, combining charm and functionality, is a perfect place to meet with family or friends to relax and enjoy the calm of our countryside. The house is made up of: - 3 bedrooms equipped with a 140x200 double bed with a dressing room (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) Baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, potty and bathtub) - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers (traditional filter and Senséo), electric kettle, raclette, crepe and pierrade grills, toaster. Tea towel provided - 1 living room with sofa and TV - 1 Living room with dining table for 8 people. - 1 spacious bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer, washing machine. Shower mat provided - 1 clothes drying rack as well as outdoor wires - Ironing board and iron 2 terraces including 1 covered equipped with tables, parasols, electric awning, gas plancha and deckchairs. 1 room can be made available to store your bicycles, skis or motorcycle, for example, in complete safety during your stay. Outdoor games: - Badminton, Molki, giant Mikado and petanque In winter, sledges are available free of charge for children. Direct access to beautiful forest walks (hiking, trail, cycling, mountain biking). A haven of peace that makes both young and old happy. We are of course available for any further information to help you prepare for your stay with us. Guest access The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The private land of the house is fenced, so access is through an electric gate. We take care to welcome each of our guests in person to show them around the house and establish an inventory together. Access to the cottage can be done by a single-storey access if necessary.
