New house with all comforts of 120 m2, classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Capacity 1 to 6 people + baby bed. Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the forest, our house is both functional and very well-equipped. It invites you to come and stay with family or friends in a quiet and green environment in the heart of the Vosges (view of our mountains). The house has a private plot with a fenced, landscaped and wooded garden offering you an unobstructed view of our mountains. 2 terraces, one of which is covered, will allow you to make the most of our outdoors depending on the weather conditions. Large private parking lot (about 6 cars) with a carport that can accommodate 2 vehicles. Our house combining charm and functionality is a perfect place to meet up with family or friends to recharge your batteries and enjoy the calm of our countryside. The house is made up of: - 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 with a dressing room (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) Baby equipment can be provided free of charge upon request (baby bed, highchair, potty and bathtub) - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers (traditional filter and Senseo), electric kettle, raclette, crepe and pierrade grills, toaster. Dish towel provided - 1 living room with sofa and TV - 1 Living room with dining table for 8 people. - 1 spacious bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer, washing machine. Shower mat provided - 1 clothes drying rack as well as outdoor wires - Ironing board and iron 2 terraces including 1 covered equipped with tables, parasols, electric awning, gas plancha and deckchairs. 1 room can be made available to store your bicycles, skis or motorcycle, for example, safely during your stay. Outdoor games: - Badminton, Molki, Giant Mikado and Pétanque In winter, sleds are available free of charge for children. Direct access to beautiful walks in the forest (hiking, trail, biking, mountain biking). Peaceful haven making both young and old happy. We are of course available for any further information in order to best prepare your stay with us. Guest access The house is located on a very quiet dead end street with very little traffic. The private land of the house is fenced, access is therefore via an electric gate. We take care to welcome each of our guests in person to show them around the house and establish an inventory together. Access to the cottage can be done by a single-level access if necessary.
