This magnificent, newly built villa, modern and tastefully decorated, is ideally located next to Disneyland and shops, in the prestigious Studios et Congrès district of Chessy. Our house is just a 5-minute walk from Val d'Europe train station. That is one stop away (2 minutes) from Marne la Vallée train station where Disneyland is located and where you can take the train to Charles de Gaulle international airport. The space You can get to Disneyland: - By train: the park is one stop away, which takes less than 2 minutes. The RER A train station near the house is called Val d'Europe and it is within a 5 minute walk. - By car or Uber: 5 minutes - Or even on foot: 20 minutes Bakeries, restaurants and shops are a few steps away. You can also walk to the very large Val d'Europe shopping mall (5 minutes on foot), as well as the famous luxury shopping outlet called La Vallée Village (10 minutes on foot), and Sea Life aquarium. The center of Paris is just 30 minutes away by train (RER A). The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people. It has an area of 104 m2, plus a 42 m2 rooftop terrace and a 34 m2 garden. Even though it is an outdoor parking lot, there is a barrier at the entrance limiting the height to 2 meters. Please note: There is no parking solution nearby for vehicles over 2 meters in height. Public outdoor parking is limited to 2 hours. Paid parking, both outdoor and indoor, has a height limit of 1.90 m or 2 m.
