The outdoor area is perfect for entertainment and the place where all your guests will want to be. The outdoor area features an outdoor kitchen equipped with built-in propane BBQ to practice your grill master skills, a fridge to keep your favorite beverages cool and close by, some storage for your convenience and an elegant dining table to accommodate up to 10 guests. The outdoor area also offers lots of loungers, seating options, a large heated pool, a spa, a boat dock and lift (16,000 lb), balcony lake-views, a tiki hut, and much more. Please note that the spa cannot be heated separately and therefore will always have the same temperature as the pool. Both master suites feature a comfortable mattress and a TV. The main master bedroom offers elegant furniture and direct access to the pool area. The mother-in-law suite offers charming furniture, amazing water views from the balcony, and private access to the pool area. The rest of the rooms are equipped with a king, a queen, and two full-size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable mattress and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. Villa Dolphin Sight requires an energy cost payment of $0.18 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
