Stay the night in one of our glamping trailers outside of Death Valley. Enjoy amazing sunrises, sunsets and dark sky viewing while overlooking our small vineyard. Your private space includes a queen bed with linens, electricity, heat, Wi-Fi, adirondack chairs, and table. Outside of your private space we offer shared composting toilets, outdoor kitchen & shower, firepits, and a community building “The Wine Hall” where you can visit with other guests, and view our wine operation. Your trailer is located at Site #6 and you have a reserved parking space a short walk away. Along with your site, you will have access to multiple locking outhouses (compositing) and the shared bathhouse with hot shower. The shower is located in a derelict building with open ceiling and cracks in the walls so some guest prefer to wear swimwear while bathing. We have multiple spigots with potable water for washing & drinking. This trailer offers heat but no air-conditioning (we do have fans available) so expect to be warm in the winter and hot in the summer. We price this trailer less than our others that do have AC units installed. October-April are very comfortable months without air-conditioning. If you're social, spend time in "The Wine Hall" with other guests where you will find picnic tables, refrigerator, water cooler, coffee/tea, and can view our wine making setup. Our place is one of two on a gravel road surrounded by BLM land. The road is gravel and about 1/2 mile long. You have a designated parking space for one vehicle when you arrive. Your site is walk-in and about 100 feet from where you will park. Our home is located on the property and we like to interact with guests when they’re staying with us. However, we do love to get out in nature and are often off adventuring. We do have some great friends who help us keep an eye on things when we are gone and often will stop in to chat. We are located on a quiet road with two homes. Ours is the second house so please drive slowly past the neighbors to avoid dust. In front of our property is BLM land and you’re welcome to explore it. We are located down a 1/2 mile gravel road off of highway 373. Your booking includes space for one vehicle to park and is reserved. Outside our gates is miles of public land available to explore. *We are in the desert where it can get really hot, cold, dry, wet, and windy *This trailer has both heat and AC so expect to stay warm on winter nights and cool on summer days *Bring your own towels for showers *Bring your own firewood or purchase on-site when available *Firebans are regular between June-October *Expect to have other guests staying on the property
