Öland cottage with large yard on eastern Öland

We only rent to families with children & retirees this summer. Quiet location Kitchen oven/stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric grill/charcoal grill. We have municipal water. Hot water. This is our summer cottage so we do not live in the house ourselves. A double bed is available in one of the bedrooms and another bunk bed + double bed is available in the other bedroom. Incineration toilet (Cinderella) in private entrance to the house. Inside and outside shower. Toys for children. Animals are welcome, but you clean up after them.
