Sun & Sound - Upstairs Unit: Central OBX Getaway

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new! The space Our home has an open floor plan, with an upscale beach bungalow feel. There is definitely a touch of technology in the home with the 85" 4K TV and 9.1 surround sound, as well is entertainment centers in each bedroom. There are two bedrooms with a king bed with memory foam mattress in each room, and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom is just off the hall, near the second bedroom entrance. There is a washer and dryer available to you in the hall laundry closet. Each bedroom does have a TV with soundbar. All televisions have Roku TV, Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Disney+. We have high speed internet included for your remote work or HD streaming needs. We encourage you finish up your day on the balcony, after a long sunset walk along the bay! Guest access Being in central OBX, this location is perfect for just about anything. We are about 0.6 miles away from the beach, and you can walk it if you choose, but there is also plenty of free public parking along the beach. The bay is just a short walk in the other direction and it is prime for walking, running, and biking. There is plenty of shopping, grocery stores or outdoor activities nearby.
