Escape to the tranquility of our family estate, where you'll find this little cabin nestled among the beauty of Phillip's Sanctuary and Pestano Farm. Guests are free to explore the unrestricted areas of the estate and sanctuary. Located in Antipolo, Rizal, our cabin offers a relaxing farm stay just an hour away from the bustling cities of Metro Manila. It's perfect for couples or small families seeking a peaceful retreat. Perfect for couples or small families. The space Disconnect from the world and connect with nature during your stay. While there is limited LTE and Wi-Fi connection, you'll have unlimited access to the beauty of the natural surroundings. The studio cottage features two single beds and a loft area with four floor mattresses. Enjoy meals on the balcony or use the griller for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Basic tableware is provided upon request for your convenience. Please note that the cottage does not have kitchen appliances or utensils. However, you're welcome to bring your own cooked food or raw ingredients in a cooler and use our griller. Remember to bring a cooler for your ice and beverages, as well. Feel free to bring your own cooking materials, such as pots, to use with our griller. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the shared swimming pool and free parking. Optional amenities available with a fee include: Portable stove with butane (P 200) 5-gallon water container (P 100) Charcoal for grilling (P 200) Towels (P50/towel) *Lost towels will be charged at P 300/towel For food: à la carte or small orders, I can assist you in ordering from a nearby restaurant (Mama Misa). Please let me know in advance, and I'll make the arrangements. There are plenty of activities to enjoy within the estate, including taking a dip in the pool, going for nature walks or treks, and visiting our farm animals, such as horses, ostriches, chickens, ducks, sheep, and rabbits. You'll also have access to some facilities at Phillip's Sanctuary, such as multipurpose trails, a chapel, picnic areas, and a children's playground (subject to availability and COVID-19 protocols). Other things to note Please note that the cabin is located within Phillip's Sanctuary, which often hosts team building guests, especially on weekends and holidays. During these times, there may be more guests in the area and at the main pool. You'll have access to two swimming pools, and you can also use the lap pool if you prefer a quieter experience. For a peaceful and relaxing stay, we recommend coming on weekdays or during our off-peak season. As we are in a remote location, the electric supply fluctuates during the day. It can only support lights, electric fans, and gadget charging. Please refrain from bringing electrical cooking devices, as the power supply at the farm is limited. Cabin Air Conditioning: • Cabins have AC units installed, but usage depends on generator load availability • If available, AC use has an additional fee of ₱500/AC Unit, and may be used from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM If you'd like to enhance your stay, we offer additional services and activities, such as bonfires (P800) and team building packages with a game facilitator at Phillip's Sanctuary (details to be discussed and arranged). The price indicated is for 2 persons. For additional guests, the rate is P600 per person, up to a maximum of six people (including children). Please indicate the correct number of guests when making your booking to calculate the total amount accurately. We only allow 1 pet per cabin. Pet fee is P500.
