Archipelago residence together with our cat Ludde!

Welcome to our piece of the Swedish archipelago paradise! Our super social and friendly cat Ludde will be your host. You are expected to care for him as a family member during your stay. We have a cosy house close to nature and baths at rural Koviksudde in the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm, 20 minutes by car or 50 minutes by boat from Stockholm city. The nearby picturesque village of Gustavsberg (known for its porcelain) offers cafés, restaurants, shops and food stores. The space The house consist of two floors. There is one bedroom and one big bathroom, both situated on the lower floor. Also in the lower floor is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The upper floor has a large kitchen and dining area a living room and 3 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large garden, grill and an outdoor hot tub always heated to about 38 degrees Celsius. Guest access Parking for two cars and 2 bikes fore loan. The nearby area offer several places for bathing and fishing, and trails for beautiful walks, hikes, and runs. Other things to note Note that you will live with our cat Ludde - a 10 year old male, mixed Norwegian forest cat and perser cat. Be advised - he loves to cuddle and sheds lots of hair. We expect our guest to treat our home and belongings with respect and leave it in the same condition as they found it.
