The space This beautiful flat is unbeatable for convenience at the heart of Glasgow City Centre right next to one of the iconic Glasgow Murals and to St Enoch shopping centre, with supermarket, pharmacy, shops and the newest VUE cinema. The open plan living room/ dinning and kitchen bring a bright and airy feel. Enjoy a night in with a flat 55” Tv with Netflix and Free WiFi. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a king size bed. The living room sofa can be converted into very comfortable double bed for extra guests. One main bathroom with shower and a bath. The flat has central heating which allows you to have a cosy stay even in the deepest, darkest Scottish winter or can be turned off by our guests during the spring/summer weather. Guest access Keys will be left in lockbox located at the main entrance of the building. If you will like to do a personal check in , let us know we are happy to accommodate. The flat has a gated secure underground ONE allocated parking space, if you are driving or planning in renting a car let us know so we can lave the Garage opener for you . Please only park in the allocated space marked as "3/1- 70 Fox Street" space. NOTE: The parking space and entrance to the garage, is for a average car size (small to medium) and 2 mtrs max height. Parking space is not suitable for caravans or extra large vehicles due to the narrow entrance. There are multiple ParkQ close to the property. Only access to Airbnb guests it's permitted, parties are NOT allowed in the property. Other things to note Make yourself at home, enjoy the flat and treat it with respect. Please note that we are strict with only those guests booked in can access the flat. NO parties or loud music are permitted. We are neighbours so we will be aware if there are any parties or excess noise. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and will be ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Please be respectful of the apartment and courteous to our neighbours, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Vaping, smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The use of glitter and confetti is prohibited as it stains furniture and it’s hard to get rid of. We are pet friendly, small , well behaved pets are allowed for a small additional charge please note that any stains and damages will occur in additional costs. Charge pet pet £20 per stay. We have the sofa bed in the flat. When 5- 6 guests are selected we automatically make these up. If you select less than 5 guests and wish to use the sofa bed please inform us in advance, there is a £10 charge per bed to cover linen costs.
