With your confirmed reservation, your access codes will be released at the following times: 📱 1. Tiered Access (Time-Based) • Building Access (From 3:00 PM): You will receive the code for the armored main door to enter the complex. During the afternoon, our on-site management team will be available to welcome you personally and grant you access to your loft. • Autonomous Loft Access (Approx. 10:00 PM): To ensure you have total independence and security at night, we will send you the exclusive digital password for your loft around 10:00 PM. This allows you to enter and exit autonomously. 🛡️ 2. Mandatory ID Verification As part of our building's strict security protocol, it is required to physically present a valid official ID to our team upon arrival. (Important Note: If you plan to arrive late at night after our on-site team has left, it is strictly required to send a photo of your valid official ID through the platform's chat to validate your access to the complex). Other things to note 🧼 Hygiene & Sanitation Standards (English Version) Your health and comfort are our top priorities. • Professional Cleaning: Before every arrival, each unit undergoes a deep cleaning and sanitation protocol following high-efficiency standards. • Controlled Environment: We ensure every space is delivered in clinically and visually pristine condition for your peace of mind. 📌 Important Stay Notes To maintain our quality and the competitive rates you enjoy, we operate under the following policies: • Privacy & Independence: True to our independent loft concept, your stay is designed to be autonomous. We do not perform daily cleaning to respect your total privacy. • Additional Services: Linen changes or extra cleanings during your stay can be arranged via the platform's chat for a recovery fee. • Holidays: On official holidays, administrative staff will not be on-site. However, the building maintains its standard security and automated access. • Facility Use: For security and hygiene control, the kitchen area is for internal management use only. The unit does not include a private kitchen or refrigerator.
