My beloved apartment in Prenzlauerberg

The apartment is located in the coolest part of Prenzlauerberg. The area is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and the best markets in town. (MauerPark etc). The excellent connection with pubblic transport network will allow you to get around Berlin easily. This part of the apartment ( bathroom, large bedroom- (with kitchen) is for you own private use, but there is someone else in another room. During Christmas Hdays will be possible to rent the all apt. including the second room (upon request) The space You will feel as in your own private apartment as this part is separated by a velvet curtain from the rest and has private kitchen (fully equipped), private bathroom (laundry etc). There is only our au pair staying in another room and using another kitchen and bathroom and this is separated by a door. Fully renovated in 2015 this very bright apartment is on the third floor. There is a new elevator and central heating making it very warm also in the coldest months of the year. The original stucco work and floor board have been fully restored. Other things to note Berlin tax office is charging 5% of the price for Tourist tax. If you come for work reason you should provide an official letter that certificate that you are in Berlin to work and you will not have to pay it. If not you will have to pay this tax to the owner when you check in.
