Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from downtown, hiking, climbing, restaurants and everything Lander has to offer. Pet-friendly! The space Guests have more than 2,600 sq. ft. of private living space occupying the upper two floors of the home, with a private entrance. The main floor features a large, open kitchen, dining and living area with picture windows and expansive views to the west, north and south. A large deck is accessed directly from the dining area and is a great place to relax and enjoy the setting and views. The main-floor bedroom has a king bed and full en suite bathroom. A half bath with washer and dryer is also located on this level. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, while the other has a double bed and two twin beds. A queen-size Aerobed and bedding as well as two additional twin beds in a common area are also available when additional sleeping space is needed. The second floor includes a large open living area with a sectional sofa, giving families and groups another comfortable place to spread out and relax. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire 2,600+ sq. ft. main home, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, upstairs living space, laundry and deck. The home has its own private entrance and is located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac on Lander’s south side. The basement level contains separate units with their own entrances. These units are not part of the Airbnb, and there are no shared indoor spaces between the main home and the basement units. Other things to note This home has a special connection to Lander’s climbing community. It belonged to my late brother, who dedicated much of his life to climbing and to introducing young people to the sport. He founded a climbing organization that took primarily youth on climbing trips locally and around the world, which later became the nonprofit Alpha Climbing. We’re proud to continue his connection to Lander and its climbing community through this home. Pets are welcome! Please be aware that the property does not have a fenced yard or grassy lawn area, so guests traveling with dogs should plan accordingly for walks and bathroom breaks. The Airbnb consists of the upper two floors of the home and provides more than 2,600 sq. ft. of private living space. The basement level contains separate units with their own entrances. These units are not included with the Airbnb and may occasionally be occupied during your stay. There are no shared indoor living spaces. For security, three exterior cameras monitor the driveway and exterior entrance areas. One monitors the driveway from the west side of the home, one monitors the driveway from the front entrance, and one on the north side monitors the north driveway toward the cul-de-sac. There are no cameras inside the home.
