House in the woods in a condominium at the Ibiúna Dam.

House designed by architect Rodrigo Lefévre, in the middle of a forest in a condominium on the Itupararanga dam, in Ibiúna. Only 15 minutes from downtown by car and 5 minutes on foot from the access to the dam. Accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. Large and fully integrated social area: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, game table and extensive balconies. The house is on a 15,000 m2 plot where there are two more houses and a caretaker. The three houses share a large swimming pool. The space The house is simple and stripped down, but complete. Surrounded by doors and balconies, all rooms have access to both the indoor and outdoor areas, making the woods truly an extension of the house. The floor plan of the house is organized on a central social axis on two levels, and on two side areas for the accommodations. It has 4 bedrooms (1 suite, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds) and 1 office with a private bathroom that can be converted into a bedroom (with two single mattresses). In addition to the en-suite and office bathrooms, it has 1 indoor and 1 outdoor bathroom in a service area adjacent to the kitchen.
