As you can see in the photos, the whole apartment is decorated in a modern and simple way. As it is a penthouse, a huge amount of light enters, making its 41 meters a cozy and enjoyable space. The apartment is divided into: - A living room area with large sofa and Samsung TV. It also has a high bar and 2 stools - A small equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a double bed that can sleep two guests. - A new bathroom - Two terraces of 18m2 and 41m2 on two floors, the small one is accessed from the living room and has a dining table, and the larger one is accessed through the spiral staircase through the first terrace. Both terraces with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and hammock, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the evening. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning by means of 2 air conditioner units in the living room and bedroom. In addition, there is a ceiling fan in each room. GOOD TO KNOW The heating is limited at 21.5 degrees, it cannot be adjusted. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot. *The barbecue shown in the photos can NOT be used.
