Beautiful self-contained apartment

A beautiful and spacious self contained apartment in a quiet area of south London. The flat comprises of a large bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom, small kitchen with a dining area and a large conservatory with an access to the garden . Sydenham has excellent transport connection to central London. East London line to Canada Water or southern train to London Bridge in 20 minutes and to Gatwick airport 45 min. Please note that clients have to be fully COVID vaccinated. The space The apartment is split over two levels. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom is upstairs, downstairs you will have a small kitchen with a dining area and a large conservatory with access to the garden.There is a separate entrance via the side gate. We will try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As some reviews say : 'This is a place you feel like at home'. Guest access The apartment is in our house but has a separate entrance, so it is very private. Please note that arrival time is after 9am and not later than 9pm unless specifically requested. The specific time will be agreed between the guest and myself prior to arrival. During your stay We will be able to advise on travel, local amenities, transport etc. Other things to note At the present time I only accept clients who are fully COVID vaccinated.
